Privacy Policy and feedback

Your use of the Services is subject to HumDov’s Privacy Policy, which describes our information collection, use, and disclosure practices.

You may submit suggestions or feedback regarding the Services. By providing Feedback, you assign all rights, including intellectual property rights, to HumDov, which may use, disclose, and implement the Feedback without acknowledgment or compensation. Your Feedback is confirmed as non-proprietary and non-confidential, and you agree to assist HumDov upon reasonable request to document and enforce these rights.

User registration and account management

Certain features require registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it promptly. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account, and you must promptly notify HumDov of any unauthorized use. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

User content and conduct

The Services may allow you to upload, post, or share content. You retain ownership of your content but grant HumDov a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or threatening, that contains malware, that impersonates others, or that violates privacy rights without consent. HumDov reserves the right to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

Payment terms

Payments are processed via third-party providers, such as Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize HumDov to process charges to your payment method. Payments and subscriptions are billed in advance, and refunds are issued at HumDov’s discretion. Applicable taxes will be collected where required.

HumDov mobile applications

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mobile applications for personal or internal organizational use. HumDov may periodically release updates or modifications. Your use is subject to the applicable third-party platform terms.

SMS messaging terms

Churches and organizations using HumDov may send SMS messages to people who opt in through the organization’s signup form, mobile app, or by texting a keyword. Messages may include service announcements, event reminders, prayer updates, devotionals, giving updates, donation receipts, and replies to questions.

Opting Out:

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Rates:

Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier Liability:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent:

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of membership, donation, or purchase.

Disclaimers

HumDov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumDov and its affiliates, officers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Termination

HumDov may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.

Changes to terms

HumDov reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
