These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumDov's website, mobile applications (available in the App Store and Google Play Store), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Privacy Policy and Feedback

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how HumDov collects, uses, and discloses personal and other information.

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Feedback") provided by you to HumDov concerning the Services will become the sole property of HumDov. HumDov shall own all rights, including intellectual property rights, to such Feedback and may use it for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you. By providing Feedback, you agree it is provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis, and you assign all rights in such Feedback to HumDov. You agree to perform any acts reasonably requested by HumDov to enforce such rights.

2. Registration for the Service

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register an account:

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and promptly update it as necessary.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify HumDov of any unauthorized use of your account.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. User Content and Acceptable Use

The Services may allow you to post, upload, or share content ("User Content"):

Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content but grant HumDov a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content as part of the Services.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws, third-party rights, or these Terms. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Uploading viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting private or sensitive information about others without consent.

HumDov reserves the right to remove User Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

HumDov uses Stripe for payment processing.

Payment Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize HumDov to process transactions via Stripe.

Billing and Subscriptions: Subscriptions and recurring payments are billed in advance. No refunds will be provided except at HumDov's sole discretion.

Taxes: HumDov may collect applicable taxes or assessments as required by law.

5. HumDov Mobile Applications

HumDov offers mobile applications available in the App Store and Google Play Store:

License: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app solely for personal or organizational purposes.

Updates: HumDov may release updates or discontinue app features at any time.

Third-Party App Store Terms: Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of the respective app store (e.g., Apple or Google).
